Thank you all who engage in prayer for the sick, and especially those of you who are involved in anyway with the Prayer Blanket Ministry. Here is our miracle I want to share with you.
We received a blanket for my dad Bob Ballard who at the time was very ill and in ICU having a hard time keeping his oxygen level up. We were day to day not knowing if his health would improve. Shortly after we gave him a blanket from your ministry (he uses it every day) his health began to improve. He had been in the hospital about 50 days prior to receiving the blanket, and it took him another 50+ to get well enough to come home. We believe it is by the grace of God through your ministry that pulled him through. When he was to the point the doctors felt he would go home soon we were told by the medical team that his recovery was astounding. Thanks be to GOD! Keep up your wonderful work it truly does make a difference in the lives of those around us.

This blanket is something my husband and I will treasure forever and I want to thank everyone for their prayers and time that went into making these. From the day we received it from my daughter-in-law and son, I would either lay it across my husband's lap or on his bed and pillow. He slowly started to improve.... I know in my heart all the prayers he received played a large part in why he improved as much as he did. The day before he was to be released from the hospital, a nurse said to me that it was a true miracle that my husband improved as much as he has. He went into the hospital needing extremely high flow oxygen to being released with minimal oxygen. Typically, patients do not improve as much as he has when they are as sick as he was. Just yesterday, his PCP told us he really didn't think Bob would ever make it home again....but he has!!! Thank you.
